My work is grounded in extensive psychological expertise and many years of clinical experience, and always takes its point of departure in you and what matters to you. <\/p>\n
I am a trained psychologist from Aarhus University (2010), a licensed psychologist (2014), and a specialist in psychotherapy with adults (2024). I have many years of experience from psychiatric settings, working with assessment and treatment of, among other, anxiety disorders, affective disorders, PTSD, and ADHD, as well as extensive experience in both individual and interdisciplinary supervision. <\/p>\n

The process has given me greater self-confidence and a stronger belief in myself. I have become better at managing my thoughts and being less self-critical.
