I was on sick leave from work, felt that something was wrong with me, and carried a great deal of guilt about no longer being able to manage what I once could. With Luise, I felt met with calm and understanding, and it made a great difference that I did not have to perform or \u201cpull myself together\u201d.<\/p>\n The conversations helped me better understand my thoughts and reactions, and I learned to be more attentive to my own boundaries. The process has given me greater self-confidence and a stronger belief in myself. I have become better at managing my thoughts and being less self-critical.
